Features

  • Cold rolling process is a method of extruding, stretching and forming the annular parts at normal temperature. It has the characteristics of refining rough quality, less cutting, optimizing the organization structure, and improving the life of bearings.
  • The machine adopts the rolling and shaping double position setting, with symmetrical structure, reliable shafting, applicable hydraulic proportional loading method, fast and reliable photoelectric detection system and the stability of the control system, control system, hydraulic system and mechanical structure are combined together. The mechanical structure with high stiffness of bearing design, symmetrical arrangement is the basic guarantee, application of active measurement technology makes the process in the entire process of tracking and control, the whole device round the workpiece in rolling process geometry well.
  • This machine is a ring cold rolling equipment, and it can be used for the processing of circular parts with symmetrical section.
  • Mechanical standard configuration includes main drive parts: roll, spindle, shaft seat, coupling, transmission, motor, loading parts: core roller, support roller, shaft and shaft seat, slider, guide rail, loading cylinder, etc..
  • Control system: electric control system comprises a controller and a power supply part, controller by MITSUBICHI (or others) PLC controller and its expansion module, touch screen panel, its function is to issue commands according to the set and the detection signal to control the work process; the power part comprises a DC power supply, circuit breakers, contactors, relays etc. in order to provide a stable power supply control, and achieve the necessary on-off circuit function.
  • Measuring system: workpiece detection: measuring head, linear guide rail, guide block, grating sensor, drive cylinder.
  • Hydraulic system: the whole independent units as a part of the machine, which is composed of pump and proportional control of two parts, integrated pump constant pressure variable pump inlet (rolling pump) and direction valve, relief valve, control valve, relief valve, check valve, pressure sensor, and other auxiliary components and fuel tank; proportional control system by BOSCH proportional valve and proportional controller with high reliability.
  • Feed system: feed speed: 0-10mm/s
  • Workpiece spindle: spindle speed 100RPM
  • Protective cover: the use of fully enclosed protective cover, not only can play an effective protective role, but also can be easily opened from all sides, adjustment, operation and maintenance convenience.
