    Model DPH-D Measuring Instrument for Dynamic Balancing is used to measure the unbalance of various rotating parts, such as chuck, grinding wheel, spindle, motor, etc.
    During the grinding process, due to the uneven quality of the grinding wheel, the gravity center and rotating center of the grinding wheel are not coincident while rotating, thus mechanical vibration and multi-prism on workpiece profile will be caused. Then the quality of products will be reduced. Simultaneously, it will influence on precision and life of the spindle. This instrument is a necessary device to improve production process, ensure machining accuracy and prolong spindle life. It can be widely used in machine-building industry.
    It features wide dynamic range, high sensitivity, high ability of anti-interference, whole integrated circuit, the numerical auto-tracking filter technique adopted, and high reliability.Its structure is novel and design is skillful. The unbalance phrase could be indicated by 16 light emitting diodes ranged in circle, and unbalance amount is given by LED with direct display and easy reading. The phase also could be locked so that the eccentric can be rectified after measuring. The basic sign is picked up simply and reliably by using the Hull element.
    This instrument is the improved model of DHP-C. The function of selection of measuring vibration and speed can be operated by hand. It can measure the dynamic unbalancing value of the rotating workpieceas as well as the speed and the amplitude at any frequency. Particularly, it can be used in the bad condition that the speed sensor can not be installed. It is easy to observe operating condition of the rotating machine on the spot. The amplitude and frequency can be displayed by liquid-crystal screen.
